Learn the USMAO standardize curriculum while finding a career in the martial arts industry. This program will teach you the business and marketing essentials in growing multiple martial arts dojos.
Curriculum
‡ Master’s Development Program (MDP) • As an instructor level 3, you must hold a proven record of 1-4 years of experiences mentoring 1-4 instructor(s). • You must have the ability to grow and operate a four walled dojo (school). • Must be able to demonstrate, motivate, inspire, and mentor student(s) & instructors(s) • Highly knowledgeable of the martial self-defense techniques and methods within the YAKP’s curriculum
As a Chief Instructor
As a Chief Instructor, you will train with other Chief Instructors from the USMAO facilities or other successful dojo owners. Share ideas and analyze the martial arts industry. Must be active while maintaining a certified USMAO black-belt instructor license.
