• Level 1: Blocking techniques (mit drills)

• Level 2: Boxing drills

• Level 3: Kicking drills

• Level 4: No contact to full contact sparring

As a Student

As a student, you will work on conditioning your body, strengthen your muscles, learn fighting techniques, and study the method of dirty boxing (Filipino Martial Arts/ Boxing)
