• Level 4 (green belt) grappling, jumping kicks, & introductory of eskrima

Curriculum

Level 4 (Final): ‡ Phase 1 of the green-belt level will focus on being a well-rounded fighter • Examine and analyze more than 40 martial arts techniques, along with comprehensive explanations for each one. • 6 katas (formations) • 6 throwing techniques with finishing moves + all previous techniques • 1|1, 2|1, & 3|1 sparring matches • Wood board breaking demonstration ‡ Phase 2 of the green-belt level will focus on being a well-rounded fighter • Examine over 40 martial arts movement from level 1 thru 4. • 7 katas (formations) • 5 self-defense techniques against a knife or weapon + all previous techniques • 1|1, 2|1, & 3|1 sparring matches • Wood board breaking demonstration
