3-5 Years Old

Independency & Confidence

Youth karate program

This is a program intended to help 3-5 years old children gain independency and confidence. Students will learn movements that helps coordinate hands and feet, they will train in tournament style point-sparring, learn 2 katas inspired by Tang Too Do, and more.

6-8 Years Old

Self Control & Discipline

Youth karate program

This is a program intended to help 6-8 years old children gain self-control and discipline. Students will learn the technique of focus, self-defense techniques, over 26 hands and feet fighting movements, and more.

9-12 Years Old

Respectful & a Leader

Youth karate program

This is a program intended to help 9-12 years old adolescences learn how to be respectful and gain traits in becoming a leader. Students will learn the fundamental of karate, jujitsu, and arnis. These combination of martial fighting movements transform students into well-rounded martial artists.

13-17 Years Old

Humility & Maturity

Youth karate program

This is a program intended to help 13-17 years old teenagers learn humility and gain maturity through these historical martial art exercises. Through this martial arts experience, a student is able to incorporate methods of hand-to-hand combat, grappling, countering and disarming a variety of weapons. The program has over 40 martial arts movement, and it is designed to gain better understanding of applications in 8 traditional katas inspired by Tang Too Do.

Health & Self-defense

Adult karate program

This is a program intended to help adults learn the importance of being healthy and fit while gaining knowledge of self-defense applications through the YAKP martial art exercises. The program has over 40 martial arts movement, and it is designed to gain better understanding of applications in 10 traditional katas inspired by Tang Too Do.
